Situated on the most prominent corner (Adderley and Strand) of Cape Town’s CBD and directly adjacent to the Cape Town train station, Zero2One Tower has full planning approval for 43800m² . Land Equity acquired the site in 2016 from Old Mutual Properties and applied for planning consent for a 44x story mixed-use tower consisting of retail, parking and apartments. Land Equity has vendored its development rights into a JV co-development scheme and will retain certain sections in the completed building. Demolition and construction commence in October 2018 with completion in 33 months.
